  • Second Bedroom: Equipped with a versatile bed that can be arranged as two single beds or a double bed. Although it doesn't have an attached bathroom, the main bathroom is easily accessible. The second bedroom has Air Conditioner for a relaxed sleep in hot nights.

  • Furnished with a cozy sofa and a Diwan, perfect for relaxation or entertaining guests.

  5. Security Measures:
    • Do not compromise the security of the building. Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment. Report any suspicious activity to the building management or security personnel.
  6. Parking Etiquette:
    • If you have a vehicle, please use the designated parking space provided. Be considerate of others when entering or leaving the parking area.
  7. Waste Disposal:
    • Dispose of waste responsibly in the designated bins. Follow the recycling guidelines provided. Please do not leave trash in common areas.

  9. Compliance with Local Laws:
    • Abide by all local laws and regulations. Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.
  10. No Drinking or Party Events:

   11. No Pets are Allowed.
